Hello, I’m KENGNE Marcel, a tech entrepreneur and the designer of Rent. I founded this platform to solve a challenge many Africans abroad face: building their dream home safely, transparently, and without stress.
Coming from a background in web development (C#, Laravel, Bootstrap, and digital systems), I understood one thing: technology and human proximity can rebuild trust. That’s why Rent bridges the gap between innovation and construction, between the diaspora and local expertise.
I know the fear of sending money back home for a project that never gets completed. I know the frustration of not being able to trust those who are supposed to build your dream.
That’s why RENT exists — to restore trust, to ensure that every brick placed on your land is a brick of peace of mind.
Together, we are not just building houses. We are building bridges between the diaspora and Africa.
Every payment, every stage, every report — visible and verified.
We integrate technology to make construction smart, simple and secure.
We select and monitor all our partners with strict quality standards.
We don’t just deliver projects — we deliver satisfaction and pride.
